Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispatch Supervisor to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of our extended local leadership team, you will provide 24/7 management presence to Transit Operations staff, ensuring the reliability and safety of our transit service for our passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate daily Transit Operations activities and employee performance, including missed runs, on-time statistics, and accident data.
  • Provide guidance and support to Transit Operations personnel to maximize service quality and minimize liquidated damages.
  • Implement and support business-critical operations technologies, serving as a subject matter expert on tools and making recommendations for their application.
  • Manage location performance, make best practices recommendations, train on technology solutions, and facilitate their implementation.
  • Coordinate dispatching, in-service monitoring, and evaluations involved in daily transit operations.
  • Complete daily and weekly reports for company and client to ensure service quality.
  • Inform Transit Operations Manager of potential risks in the operation.
  • Ensure company vision, values, and culture are understood, communicated, and promoted throughout operations.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Working knowledge of ADA law and ADA service requirements.
  • Dependability and proficiency in time management, meeting deadlines, and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Proficiency using MS Office products, including MS Excel and MS Word, and Windows-based programs.
  • Experience in a Transit Operations position.
