We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transit Operations Supervisor to join our team at Transdev. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our transit operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of passengers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading transportation company and contribute to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the immediate aspects and conditions of field operations, including on-time performance standards, service interruptions, and detour management.
  • Oversee BOC Dispatchers, Road Supervisors, and Terminal Supervisors, ensuring they are accomplishing their assigned tasks and following standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate daily transit operations activities and employee performance, including missed runs, on-time statistics, and accident data.
  • Provide guidance and support to all Transit Operations personnel to maximize the reliability and safety of our transit service.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Working knowledge of ADA law and ADA service requirements.
  • Dependable and proficient in time management, meeting deadlines, and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including MS Excel and MS Word, and Windows-based programs.
