Job Overview

This role supports the planned giving program at MSF USA, focusing on cultivating and stewarding planned giving donors and prospects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in determining donor relationship tracks and moves management, handling inquiries, qualifying leads, and ensuring smooth operation of the lead qualification process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deliver the organization's account management strategy
  • Manage a small portfolio of Legacy Society donors through a pre-established communications plan
  • Support the team with Legacy Society stewardship touchpoints and data needs
  • Provide day-to-day support on both new and existing accounts by performing prescribed and non-routine account management activities
  • Make calls to allocated donors to maintain and strengthen existing relationships
  • Manage basic aspects of the data management system with guidance from senior colleagues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience in nonprofit fundraising and customer service techniques
  • Experience assisting with small-to-medium scale event planning
  • Strong computer literacy, including Office 365 and database software, preferably Salesforce (NPSP)

MSF USA offers a competitive salary range of $59,475 to $89,212 (annually based on experience) and a dynamic work environment that values diversity, impartiality, and inclusion.
