Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician III to join our team at Harris Teeter. As a Pharmacy Technician III, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to patients and customers, exceeding their expectations and making every shopping visit an enjoyable and remarkable experience.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Assist store leaders and associates in providing a positive customer shopping experience and enhance Harris Teeter's reputation for excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and efficient inventory management, including counting, measuring, and preparing specific products according to relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Data Entry: Enter and process patient information and transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with pharmacists, store leaders, and associates to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in pharmacy practice and technology, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certification: Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure.
  • Age: Must be 18 years of age.
