Job Title: Senior Contracts Analyst

This role requires a high level of responsibility and expertise in contract administration and management. As a Senior Contracts Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating communication between departments, managing contract documents, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage contract documents, including tracking and maintaining correct version history.
  • Perform document control functions, including organizing file structures and ensuring records are up to date.
  • Coordinate communication and facilitate meetings between departments.
  • Facilitate communication of weekly exhibit updates to Project Managers and involved leadership.
  • Interface with Legal and Tax departments as necessary.
  • Maintain diligent records of communicated deadlines and project needs.
  • Facilitate and lead conference calls, manage communication, and function as a face of PRE to the client.
  • Hold internal and external stakeholders responsible for meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain oversight of project closeout to ensure all contractual requirements are documented appropriately.
  • Manage the flow of information to and from clients and communicate project progress to Management, up to and including Executive level.
  • Review, proofread, and edit various legal agreements and correspondence under the guidance of Legal and Management.
  • May include providing coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback via unstructured daily mentoring to Contracts Analyst 1 & 2.
  • Compare, track changes, and merge contract and exhibit documents in Word.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-8 years' experience in EPC Contract Administration and review required.
  • Experience in a role with fluctuating daily responsibilities required.
