Senior Contracts Administrator

SOSi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Reston, VA. As a key member of our Contracts Department, you will play a critical role in managing government and commercial contracts across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Contracts and other functions to prepare bid and proposal documents, review contracts, negotiate terms, and administer contract close-out activities.
  • Ensure compliance with contracting policies, laws, and regulations, including FAR, DFAR, CAS, and related agency implementing regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer portfolios, fostering strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate audit files for each contract, including original contracts, correspondences, changes, and clarifications.
  • Participate in proposal planning and preparation, reviewing solicitation documents and drafting contract terms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of full life cycle contract administration experience with Federal Government contracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, consulting agreements, and other contractual agreements.
  • Ability to effectively utilize and manage contract portfolio within Contract Management software.
  • Detailed knowledge of FAR, DFAR, CAS, and related agency implementing regulations.
  • Experience with all types of contracts, including reviewing and understanding pricing, representations, and certifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize and conduct business in a professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Top Secret clearance.
