About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Team Lead to join our team at Partnerize. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support professionals to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of customer support professionals to ensure that all client inquiries are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure that all deadlines are met.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a customer support or related field.
  • People Management Skills: Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry and SaaS operations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
