We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lead Retail Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and supporting the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales goals and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with training and development of new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Perform cash handling and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
