Correctional Health Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Coordinator to assist in the oversight and management of Central Operations and clinics at NYC Health + Hospitals/Correctional Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will work under the general supervision of the Tour Supervisor to ensure smooth patient flow within the healthcare facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning daily operational objectives and implementing strategies to achieve them.
- Conduct training programs for personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure efficient patient production and minimize delays.
- Monitor patient flow and address any issues that may arise.
- Perform data entry and retrieval tasks to maintain accurate records.
- Provide administrative supervision and support to team members as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience in counseling or community health activities, with supervisory experience being a plus.
- A degree in sociology, psychology, or a related field may be substituted for experience.
