Role Summary:

The individual in this role will undertake a range of clerical responsibilities while ensuring effective communication between the Charge Nurse and the Administrative Supervisor. This position involves monitoring staffing levels across nursing units for each shift and coordinating additional staffing as needed in partnership with Nurse Leaders.

Key Qualifications:

A. Education and Skills


• High School diploma or equivalent required.


• Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, Meditech, and INFOR.


• Strong organizational capabilities.


• Excellent customer service skills are essential.


• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

B. Experience


• A minimum of three years of experience in a hospital or secretarial role is preferred.
