Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an After Care Program Instructor at Inspired Teaching Public Charter School. As a Program Instructor, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead instruction in the program using Flex-approved curriculum and other resources
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for students
  • Communicate effectively with families regarding behavior and daily activities
  • Work well with a variety of groups, including fellow staff, school personnel, families, and children
Requirements:
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Passion for education and working with children
  • Comfortable with technology (phone, laptop, etc)
  • Minimum Education: Associate's Degree
  • Ability to meet and stay current on state-specific licensing requirements

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
