About the Role

This full-time LPN position offers a competitive salary of $24-$28 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, tuition assistance, and employee support programs. As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and oversee the care provided by unlicensed staff.

Job Highlights

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
