Responsibilities- Education and Training
- You will gain experience under the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse and maintain professional knowledge and skills through educational conferences and training programs.
- You must be licensed in New York State and graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- You will pass the New York state licensing boards within four months of hire.
- You must also have BLS and ACLS validation in accordance with AHA standards.
- Leadership and Teamwork
- You will assist in directing employees, instruct, assign, and evaluate performance.
- You will participate in educational conferences, maintain professional knowledge and skills, and adhere to hospital policies.
