Job Summary
Medline's Post-Acute Care Division is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers in the post-acute care market, including long-term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and medical equipment providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the post-acute care market
  • Sell clinical and operational solutions to decision-makers at all levels, including owners, senior clinical officers, and purchasing managers
  • Develop a strong knowledge base of Medline's product catalog and value-added programs and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Present new products and initiatives to customers and prospects
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts
  • Take ownership and leadership of your territory, growing it like your own business
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience
  • Ability to sell effectively to different levels within a customer organization
  • Proven ability to identify, connect with, and close new business
  • Complex sales strategy/approach to sell solutions across multiple levels
  • Background in commissioned, tangible product sales
  • Track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment
  • Ability to present multiple product lines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Stable work history
  • Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site
