Post Acute Care Sales Professional

Medline's Post-Acute Care Division offers top-quality products to healthcare providers across the long-term care and homecare industries. As a key interface for many healthcare products and services, Medline serves as a trusted partner for customers, enabling them to deliver high-quality patient care in various settings, including nursing home facilities, home health & hospice agencies, and HME providers.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Post-Acute Care team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in cold calling, commissioned sales, and building meaningful relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the post-acute care market, including long-term care facilities, home health and hospice agencies, and medical equipment providers.
- Sell clinical and operational solutions to all levels of decision makers, including owners, senior clinical officers, and purchasing managers.
- Develop a strong knowledge base about Medline's extensive product catalog and value-added programs and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including cold calling and prospecting to develop new business opportunities.
- Present new products and initiatives, educate customers on current industry trends and regulations, and prepare bids and negotiate contracts.
- Take ownership and leadership of your territory, driving growth and expansion like your own business.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, with a background in cold calling, commissioned, full-cycle sales.
- Ability to sell effectively to different levels within a customer organization.
- Proven ability to identify, connect with, and close new business, build consensus, and develop complex sales strategies.
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales, with a track record of demonstrable sales growth and quota attainment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to present multiple product lines.
- Stable work history and computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to drive a car, travel in that car 90% of each day, and interact with healthcare providers on site.
- A fully commissioned position with additional incentive compensation.
- A first-year guarantee of $100,000, with the potential to earn more.
