Director of Strategic Accounts Post-Acute

Location: Near Major US Airports

Deliver Impactful Solutions and Maintain a Premium Market Position

Molnlycke Healthcare seeks a Director of Strategic Accounts for the Post-Acute market to support Skilled Nursing Home Chains, Home Health National Chains, National Hybrid Dealers, and Wound Care Clinic Networks. As a key member of our team, you will develop and nurture executive-level relationships with decision-makers to drive success across Strategic Accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for assigned accounts, including Hybrid Dealer accounts and CoC IDNs.
  • Expand business opportunities and stakeholder relationships through pipeline development and introduction of new products.
  • Establish and grow customer relationships at all levels, ensuring satisfaction and service.
  • Present pricing and clinical strategies to the pricing committee for approval and represent the company in sales calls and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for each account.
  • Deliver quarterly business reviews for each strategic account.
  • Resolve customer issues through coordination with the customer service department.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and handle sales administration tasks.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $175,000 per year, and this role is eligible for commission and car reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: 10+ years of medical sales experience, 3+ years in a people management role. Experience selling to larger post-acute entities or organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and other business software.
  • Travel and Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 60%. Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain required credentialing.
