Job Summary

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for project management? Do you have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget? We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Dutchman Search & Recruitment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects that touch on various aspects of our business, including food service, business services, enterprise-wide process changes, and large-scale solution delivery. You will work closely with senior executives, sponsors, business owners, and field operations to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Documenting and analyzing information and processes to solve critical business issues
  • Building and managing teams to meet project resource needs
  • Creating and executing end-to-end project plans
  • Communicating project details across all levels of the organization
  • Coordinating project activities between team members
  • Building internal and external business relationships
  • Resolving and escalating issues in a timely fashion
  • Identifying, assessing, and minimizing risks throughout the project life cycle

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Graduate degrees preferred
  • PMP and/or Lean Sigma certifications preferred
  • Proven ability to define and execute change strategies
  • Proven ability to influence and manage external resources
  • Proven business analytical capabilities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/project management programs
