Job Title: Director of IT Project Management for Pharmaceutical IndustriesJob Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of IT Project Management to lead our IT project management team in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the successful delivery of IT projects that meet the business needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the IT project management team
  • Develop and implement IT project management methodologies and processes
  • Ensure the successful delivery of IT projects that meet the business needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT project opportunities
  • Develop and manage IT project budgets and resource plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT project management in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and processes, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
