Key Responsibilities- Manage patient intake, including greeting and checking in patients, verifying and updating patient demographics
- Assist patients with filling out consent forms and other necessary paperwork
- Process cash and credit card payments for medical services rendered
- Initiate calls, pages, and triage phone calls to ensure timely and effective communication
- Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and other customer service or clerical duties
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional manner and appearance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of medical terms and practices preferred
This is a per diem evening/night flex position, requiring 80% standing and 20% sitting.
