Job Summary

Cayuga Health System is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to resolve issues and concerns.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients and families regarding their care and treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and concerns.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and use computer equipment.

Location and Travel Requirements:

  • Onsite at Cayuga Health System's Client Services Center.

Compensation Disclosure:

  • $16.00 to $19.00 per hour.
