Key Responsibilities
  • Execute daily cleaning tasks as assigned, adhering to established schedules.
  • Perform specialized cleaning duties in accordance with specific work assignments.
  • Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and heating/cooling units in both resident and common areas.
  • Sanitize and clean bathroom fixtures, ensuring the removal of water marks.
  • Wash windows and mirrors in resident rooms, recreational spaces, and entryways.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, and disinfecting.
  • Vacuum and shampoo carpets, ensuring they are deodorized and disinfected.
  • Wash and dust walls and ceilings, performing spot cleaning as necessary.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions to remove dirt, dust, and grime from surfaces.
  • Ensure hallways, staircases, and elevators are kept clean and tidy.
  • Dispose of waste in designated containers and replace liners as needed.
  • Prepare vacant rooms for new residents as assigned.
  • Maintain organization of cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are stored properly.
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming atmosphere within the facility.
Compensation

Salary Range: $16.00 - $18.78

Plus a $500 Sign-On Bonus
