Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities and Operations Manager to join our team at Concord Group Insurance. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including mailroom and maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the administration of the mail center, including record keeping and logistics management.
  • Manage the maintenance and operations of company branches and office sites, including vendor contracts and service agreements.
  • Supervise direct reports in mailroom, maintenance, and courier services, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and executive team, providing regular updates on departmental progress and challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or several years of similar prior work experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a supervisory position over facilities operations, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software platforms.
  • Ability to travel to branches in VT, NH, ME, and MA as needed.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
