Job Summary

Search Masters, Inc is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on light commercial buildings.

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to address more complex issues.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in light commercial facilities maintenance.
  • Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, and light electrical work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
