Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Postdoctoral Research Associate to join our team in advancing special education teacher development through collaborative research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct educational research focused on the development of special education teachers.
  • Co-author scholarly articles for peer-reviewed journals.
  • Engage in qualitative data collection and analysis.
  • Support interactions with study participants and contribute to their development.
  • Assist in preparing annual progress reports for funding agencies.
  • Organize and clean data in preparation for analysis.
  • Lead qualitative data analysis efforts.
  • Participate in annual reviews and planning sessions aimed at career development in education and research.
  • Instruct graduate-level courses in teacher education methods.

Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a doctoral degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:
We prefer candidates with a Ph.D. or Ed.D. in areas such as Curriculum and Instruction, Special Education, Educational Psychology, Human Development, or related social sciences. Experience in special education research is advantageous but not mandatory. A strong understanding of the special education landscape is beneficial for interpreting research findings.
