Licensed Practical Nurse

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. As a LPN with Aveanna, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Patient assessments, coordination of care
- Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification
- Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
