Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced LPN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LPN with Aveanna Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment, executing physicians' prescribed plans of care and documenting care provided in a timely manner.
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies, as well as perform patient assessments and coordinate care.
  • Health promote, teach, and train family members on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.
