Senior Client Relationship Manager

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales expansion within the Avery Dennison Identification Solutions portfolio, focusing on both existing and potential clients.
This position demands the ability to lead, engage, and collaborate with diverse teams to achieve immediate profitable sales while establishing a strong pipeline for sustained client success.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the strategic direction and conversion efforts for designated accounts.
Act as a key influencer within assigned accounts, engaging with all levels of the client organization, particularly the executive leadership.
Leverage various data sources (public, client, internal) to implement a targeted strategy that emphasizes an insights-driven and value-oriented sales methodology.
Maintain rigorous pipeline management to ensure timely conversion of both new and existing sales opportunities.
Develop essential connections, detailed forecasts (both baseline and aspirational), pipeline health assessments, and sales execution strategies that promote year-over-year growth across the entire Identification Solutions portfolio.
Exhibit industry expertise and a deep understanding of client goals, platforms, and strategies, enabling the provision of innovative, client-centric sales solutions.
Engage in solution-oriented strategic selling, backed by strong technical proficiency in variable data management and SaaS offerings.
Deliver an outstanding client experience for business partners and prospects, fostering long-term business relationships.
Oversee the coordination of cross-functional teams and resources to stimulate incremental sales growth at key accounts.
Implement business strategies, address challenges, and provide solutions that align with client requirements and promote profitable growth.
Comprehend our internal technical, operational, and product development capabilities to ensure that sales strategies and product offerings are congruent with our operational strengths.
Conduct market assessments, perform research, and consolidate insights to inform recommendations that enhance the sales model or support strategic market entry for retail and supply chain sectors.
Establish performance metrics and reporting standards, working independently or within larger project teams, to assess the effectiveness of initiatives at designated key accounts.
