About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Western & Southern Financial Group. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our institutional clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management: Develop and implement customized relationship management plans to proactively service the individual needs of each client, and consultant when applicable.
  • Business Development: Seek to expand firm business with existing clients by anticipating needs and introducing additional investment solutions. Seek referrals from satisfied clients and generate leads from other sources for prospective new clients.
  • Client Service: Oversees and manages the timely and accurate execution and documentation of daily client service activities, including new account onboarding, closed account process, client contributions and withdrawals, and ad-hoc client requests.
  • Communication: Schedules and leads formal client review meetings with client senior management, Investment Committees, and Boards of Directors. Develops client presentations to effectively communicate key portfolio results and portfolio positioning, and to raise awareness of additional suitable investment strategies.
  • Community Involvement: Represents Western & Southern Financial Group in the community with clients and prospects at local fund raisers, sponsorships, and social events.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least five years of experience in institutional relationship management with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business (finance, marketing, accounting) or equivalent experience within the investment industry.
  • Skills: Proven client service experience, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently, and strong analytical skills.
  • Certifications: FINRA Series 7 and 66 required or obtained within the first six months.
