Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to join our team at Dynasty Financial Partners, LLC. As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success with our Client Engagement Technology Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Servicing and Support: Provide daily servicing and support to clients utilizing Salesforce, balancing tactical and strategic project workload.
  • Training and Onboarding: Train clients on customized Salesforce instances, DocuSign, and Box solutions.
  • Technology Recommendations: Apply best practices to recommendations for technology usage and customization to clients.
  • Project Management: Manage project/task outcomes and actions for clients.
  • Business Needs Translation: Translate business needs from clients into technical requirements for execution.
  • Deliverable Management: Manage expectations of deliverables with clients related to complex technical projects.
  • Project Planning: Work with the Practice Management/other Technology Network Services team members to create and manage both short- and long-term project plans across multiple clients.
  • Technology Adoption Metrics: Explain and advise on technology adoption metrics to ensure clients are utilizing tools offered effectively.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Become subject matter expert on new proprietary technologies as they are developed and released to clients.
  • Project Effort Management: Work with 3rd party resources to divide project effort between internal and external resources, managing project to budget and timeline.
  • Client Feedback: Communicate client feedback on technologies to product team.
  • Technology Updates: Keeping informed on technology releases and provide recommendations for new features to incorporate into the system.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal personnel, vendors, and clients.

  • Desire to Learn and Grow: Desire to learn and grow with the team, expectation is that a successful candidate will grow into a leadership role.
  • Ability to Learn New Skills: Ability to learn new skills and onboard new technology.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient with Microsoft office, specifically Excel.
  • Relational Database Understanding: Understanding of relational databases.
  • Salesforce Administrator Experience: Salesforce administrator experience preferred.
  • Salesforce Lightning Experience: Experience with Salesforce Lightning preferred.
  • Salesforce Triggers, Workflows, and Process Builder: Knowledge of Salesforce triggers, workflows, and process builder preferred.
  • SOQL/SQL Knowledge: Knowledge of SOQL/SQL preferred.
  • Wealth Management/Financial Services Experience: Experience in Wealth Management/Financial Services space preferred.
  • Client Success Management/Business Analyst/Project Management Experience: Client Success Management/Business Analyst/Project Management Experience preferred.
