Position Overview:
As the Head of Strategic Partnerships at Pine Park Health, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing awareness and accelerating the adoption of our innovative primary care services tailored for senior living communities.

About Pine Park Health:
Pine Park Health is a pioneering primary care practice dedicated to transforming healthcare for seniors. Our mission is to provide exceptional, value-based care that empowers seniors to lead fulfilling lives, regardless of their health status.

Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
1. Cultivate and manage partnerships with senior living communities within your designated market.
2. Advocate for and articulate Pine Park's onsite primary care model to key decision-makers, including Executive Directors and health and wellness leaders.
3. Assess potential partner communities based on criteria such as size, resident demographics, and insurance compatibility to ensure alignment with our care model.
4. Negotiate and finalize agreements with communities to establish onsite primary care services, collaborating closely with Pine Park leadership.
5. Coordinate with operational teams to prepare and equip onsite facilities for clinical staff.
6. Facilitate seamless transitions for new community partners to our Community Success team, ensuring ongoing relationship management.
7. Occasionally serve as a temporary relationship manager for new partners while local teams are established.
8. Provide regular updates on partnership progress using CRM tools, ensuring operational teams are well-informed for staffing and logistics.
9. Achieve growth objectives as part of the community partnerships team.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare or senior living sectors.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- A comprehensive understanding of enterprise business development, including navigating organizational structures and sales processes.
- Adaptability and comfort in a rapidly evolving environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
- Experience in promoting new products or services.
- A desire to contribute to building a high-performing commercial organization.
