Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in directing and administering the operational efforts of the service center
  • Train and direct service center staff to ensure excellent member service
  • Deliver personalized service to our members, taking the time to listen to their needs and build trust through transaction accuracy and knowledge
  • Make recommendations of products and services that will help our members achieve their financial goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a financial institution
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills
  • Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment
  • Ability to be groomed into management
Work Environment

The work environment is typical of a standard office setting, with moderate noise levels. The employee will be standing for long periods, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis.
