Customer Care Specialist - Dayton, Ohio

Girl Scouts of Western Ohio is seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Dayton, Ohio. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and inquiries in our case management system, Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with our business services staff to provide seamless support to our customers.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year of experience in general office practices.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer relationship management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
