Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist in our Dayton office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
  • Document all customer interactions and inquiries in our case management system, Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with our business services staff to provide seamless support to our customers.
  • Provide front desk support to our building, assisting with walk-in guests and volunteer resources.
  • Occasionally support our retail council shop during breaks and absences.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year of experience in general office practices.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide a positive experience for all customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other customer relationship management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Valid state driver's license and a functioning vehicle for work within the Girl Scouts of Western Ohio region.
