Senior Account Manager for SLED Sales

The RoleAs a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales account development within our SLED organization. You will work with a complex suite of services and robust product sets to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and grow a specific territory.
- Develop sales in designated target markets by identifying new sales opportunities with prospective enterprise customers through cold calling, premise visits, and lead generation.
- Manage customer relationships to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, retain existing revenue, and obtain additional business.
- Develop and implement sales plans that provide clearly defined strategies, tactics, and timeframes to maximize revenue.
- Continually learn and develop knowledge of new technologies and selling points, including enhancing expertise in our products and solutions.
- Utilize Siebel & Salesforce.com to provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnels of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
We are seeking a self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with a proven track record in solution selling IP, data, and voice network services. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce.com and possess strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills. They will also be proficient in MS Office products and have excellent time management skills.
