Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive successful performance and achieve business forecasts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in medical device sales, with a focus on Neuromodulation and pain management solutions. This role requires excellent leadership skills, ability to build and develop a strong market-focused team, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure consistent achievement of administrative goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clinicians, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements to provide expert guidance to the team.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance, customer interactions, and team activities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare.
  • At least 10 years of experience in medical device sales, with a focus on Neuromodulation and pain management solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales management role, leading teams and driving business results.
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a proven track record of sales growth and revenue expansion.
