Executive Director Job Summary

The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring the stability and overall success of the community in partnership with Bridge Senior Living.

  • Implement mission, vision, and goals of the organization to enhance our Family, Resident and Associate experience.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate Department Directors to uphold the highest standards and levels of care.
  • Attract, interview, and hire individuals as well as develop and grow leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide timely and accurate analyses, reports, and recommendations to Bridge Senior Living concerning the operation of the community.
  • Lead weekly sales and move-in planning meetings to motivate teams and generate positive revenue.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including incentivized annual bonus opportunities, tuition reimbursement, competitive pay, 401(k) with company match, next day pay with PayActiv, and excellent health insurance benefits starting at $50 per month for full-time associates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in senior living, as well as LNHA or RCAL License Required per State Regulations. You should also have 4-5 years of progressively responsible management experience in senior living or long-term care.
