Job Summary

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Hobart Customers field office and senior management staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with multiple customers on an ongoing basis, resolving a variety of customer service inquiries in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of assigned targeted chains, key accounts, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution of service programs.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
  • Provide compliant, accurate, and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools.
  • Act as a liaison between internal customers and the customer/dealer to provide ongoing, consistent, and timely communication.
  • Evaluate and escalate customer issues as necessary.
  • Drive and coordinate various customer projects, including installation, PMs, and onboarding new equipment.
  • Meet personal and customer service team targets for call and email handling.
  • Analyze and report customer trends to improve processes and productivity.
Requirements

This position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve processes and productivity.
