Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Sales Professional to join our team at World Class Automotive Organization. As a Lincoln Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Lincoln brand and product offerings
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of Lincoln vehicles to clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and follow-up
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2-3 years of experience in automobile sales management preferred
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
