Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelez International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and customer growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail stores and partnering with nationally recognized customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Ensure Mondelēz International leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz' guidelines.
- Drive Sales Growth: Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to the customer's needs, store demographics, and the current consumer base to drive Mondelēz International and customer growth.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop strong business relationships with store management to provide service and value beyond the customer's expectations.
- Manage Merchandising Resources: Communicate plans and effectively manage merchandising resources to build sales volume at store level. Work in conjunction with the Merchandiser to ensure inventory is fully stocked, always rotated, and presentable; as well as properly credit and dispose of all unsalable merchandise from all stores.
- Monitor and Report on Competitive Activity: Monitor and report on competitive activity and document all pricing activities. Be a collaborator between our Customer Business teams and customer's store management.

- Competitive Compensation Package: Along with a competitive compensation package, the Sales Representative position is eligible to participate in an incentive program.
- Company Vehicle and Maintenance Program: Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.
- Age and Driver's License: Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
- Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required, college degree highly preferred. Previous retail/grocery merchandising and sales experience required.
- Physical Abilities: The ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment while meeting the defined physical activities below: repetitive motions, being on your feet, pulling, pushing, lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, carrying between 25 lbs. up to 50 lbs.
- Location and Schedule: Live within 50 miles range from the primary location: Dallas, TX. Willingness to visit secondary locations including: Plano, TX. Schedule availability required: early morning shifts from Monday to Friday, but may require occasional weekends.
