Role of the Sales Consultant

Responsibilities of a Sales Consultant at Tricolor

  • Welcome and engage new customers, actively listening to their needs and showcasing our vehicle inventory and features to help them find their ideal vehicle.
  • Maintain daily communication with customers through various channels to introduce our offerings based on their requirements.
  • Guide customers through financing options, assisting them in selecting the best plan, managing paperwork, and finalizing sales.
  • Act as a Tricolor Ambassador, inviting potential customers to explore how we can assist them and their families, while demonstrating our vehicles and financing solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve both individual and store objectives, emphasizing teamwork.
