Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and coordinate activities of hotel departments to ensure a positive environment and maximum efficiency.
- Help direct and be the point of contact for all department heads, except for the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Director of Human Resources.
- Maintain positive relations with staff through teaching, coaching, and continual communication.

- Monitor progress and report achievements and problem areas to the General Manager.
- Ensure a positive guest experience through the quality and safety of the hotel product.
Requirements:
- Proven record as a successful leader as an Assistant General Manager, Director of Operations or Director of Rooms.
- At least 3-5 years of hospitality experience.
- College degree or any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from college.
