Role: Account Manager (Full-time, Remote)

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support. This full-time remote role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Own client relationships and drive growth through strategic partnerships

Develop in-depth knowledge of our platform to deliver expert support and insights

Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to solve challenges and create opportunities

Continuously monitor client needs to guarantee their satisfaction

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in account management or a similar role

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and backup solutions

Ability to work independently in a remote setting

Strong negotiation and presentation skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
