Annual Giving Manager

At Jesuit Volunteers, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Annual Giving Manager to join our Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive annual giving strategy that drives revenue growth and strengthens our relationships with donors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a dynamic annual giving program that utilizes a variety of mediums to communicate with and solicit current and potential donors.
- Cultivate and manage donors to move into the Major Gifts category, in partnership with the President and Director of Development.
- Manage donor relations and stewardship strategies, and independently explore opportunities for new giving programs and lead elevation of current programs.
- Assure the accuracy and integrity of donor records.
- Coordinate with FJV (alumni) engagement to increase contributed revenue from this natural cohort of prospective donors.
- Assist the Development Department with grant writing, research, and reporting.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or four-year university or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of professional experience working with an annual fund or as an annual fund specialist for a seven-figure organization.
- Recent proficiency with Raiser's Edge or similar databases.
- Background in alumni engagement or youth-oriented programs a plus.
- Knowledge of annual giving strategies, tactics, and implementation criteria, including working in a dynamic, highly responsive environment.
- Grant writing and research experience required, with demonstratable results securing at least four- and five-figure grant awards.
Working Conditions:
- Comfort with Zoom environment. This is a remote position.
- Occasional overnight travel will be required to attend donor meetings, fundraising events, and annual retreats.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
