Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and the annual review process.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff development programs.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and manage disciplinary actions.
- Maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks and records.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure timely reporting and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications of the HR Manager:
- 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Candidate must be bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish.
