Senior Research Coordinator in Precision Psychiatry and Neuroimaging

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Research Coordinator to join our team at the Stanford Center for Precision Mental Health and Wellness. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the execution of precision medicine in mental health studies, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop, execute, and manage studies funded through NIH.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee subject recruitment and study enrollment goals, developing effective strategies for promoting and retaining research participants in long-term clinical trials.
- Manage data collection, organization, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and good clinical practices.
- Develop project schedules, targets, and measurements, leading team meetings and preparing minutes.
- Supervise, train, and mentor new staff or students, including hiring, performance evaluations, and instruction on project work.
- Audit operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, identifying and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with principal investigators and study sponsors, monitoring and reporting serious adverse events, and resolving study queries.
- Provide leadership in determining, recommending, and implementing improvements to policies and processes, defining best practices.
- 1-2 years of full-time research experience in human subject trials with treatment arms in the fields of Psychology, Cognitive Neurosciences, or cognate fields.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in coordinating and executing human subject studies applied in mental health, from initiation to close out.
- Knowledge of psychiatric neuroscience terminology, hands-on experience with participants experiencing mental health issues, and relevant interventions.
- Experience executing randomized controlled trial treatment studies, managing personnel, and regulatory requirements including Institutional Review Board requirements, HIPAA, and Good Clinical Practices.
- Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification.
- Valid California Driver's License.
This position may require working with or being in areas where hazardous materials and/or exposure to chemicals, blood, body fluid or tissues, and risk of exposure to contagious diseases and infections. May require extended or unusual work hours based on research requirements and business needs.
