SilverLion Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our national sales strategy and drive business growth in the B2B segment in Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet order intake and total customer value revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing disciplinary leadership and coaching to ensure exceptional results.
  • Expand the customer base through strategic partnerships and relationships, while maintaining comprehensive support and retention of existing customers.
  • Develop and implement technical concepts and proposals, conduct negotiations and tenders, and close contracts to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders and sales partners, serving as a liaison to all national and international functional areas.
  • Monitor market developments and competition, identifying trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales department, optimizing processes and tools to achieve exceptional results.

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape in Germany.
