- Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive business growth
- Lead the sales team to meet revenue targets and expand customer base
- Discipline and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance
- Build a high-performing sales team through training and development
- Stay up-to-date with technical and regulatory issues to drive sales growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B segment
- Develop and present technical concepts and proposals to customers
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers
- Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor market trends and competition to stay ahead
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and sales partners to drive business results
