Job Overview

SMI Realty Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team. This role is essential for ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our residents in SW Houston.

Key Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:

  • Addressing work order requests submitted by residents.
  • Performing general maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, and make-ready procedures.
  • Maintaining a safe and pleasant living environment for all residents.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • EPA HVAC Universal or Type 2 certification.
  • A solid understanding of general maintenance practices.

Additionally, candidates must be willing to work evenings and weekends as required.
