Key Responsibilities
  • Build and repair wooden pallets to meet customer specifications
  • Operate a nail gun to assemble and disassemble pallets
  • Inspect pallets for damage and quality

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (lumber, warehouse, construction, carpentry, landscaping, roofing, welding, or logistics)
  • Ability to lift up to 50-75 pounds and work in a labor-intensive environment
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
