Job Overview

As a successful State Farm Agent, we are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as an Account Representative. Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and provide personalized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and success.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet customer expectations.

Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
